Strand-specific reads are shown in blue (forward) and red (reverse), with IgG controls in black (forward) and grey (reverse), plotted relative to a composite set of reference binding sites. The data is smoothed using a 21 bp moving average across 460 sites. The antibody demonstrates strong target-specific enrichment compared to the non-specific IgG control and clearly defines the structural organization at the binding site.
