Atlas Antibodies offers a selection of ChIP-exo-Seq validated antibodies, which are high-specificity antibodies designed for use in ChIP-exo, a powerful method for mapping protein-DNA interactions at base-pair resolution. Validated using exonuclease-treated chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing, these antibodies ensure precise and sharp detection of binding sites, minimising background and off-target signals. They are ideal for researchers studying transcription factors, histone modifications, and regulatory elements where accuracy is critical. Backed by data from the Human Protein Atlas and independent validation labs, these antibodies provide confidence in results and are optimised for high-resolution epigenomic research.
Benefits of using Atlas Chip-exo-Seq antibodies
• Achieve precise protein-DNA binding site mapping
• Minimise background noise
• Ensure reliable mapping of transcription factors & chromatin-associated proteins
• Observe a 50% validation success rate, more than double the industry average
• Enables comprehensive epigenetic analysis
How ChIP-Exo-Seq makes a difference
Atlas ChIP-exo-Seq antibodies demonstrate exceptional specificity and reproducibility in ChIP-Exo-Seq assays
Figure: ChIP-exo-Seq composite graph for Anti-ELF1 (HPA001755, Lot R00715) tested in K562 cells. Strand-specific reads are shown in blue (forward) and red (reverse), with IgG controls in black (forward) and grey (reverse), plotted relative to a composite set of reference binding sites. The data is smoothed using a 21 bp moving average across 460 sites. The antibody demonstrates strong target-specific enrichment compared to the non-specific IgG control and clearly defines the structural organization at the binding site. Data was generated by Prof. B. F. Pugh’s laboratory at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA.
