The CORALL™ Total RNA-Seq V2 Library Prep kits from Lexogen enables easy and cost-efficient generation of UMI labelled, stranded libraries for whole transcriptome analysis using Illumina® next generation sequencing (NGS) platforms. With built-in UMIs and 384 UDIs for maximised sequencing output, and an all-in-one protocol, this technology allows for the complete and uniform transcript coverage from start to end, and flexible input requirements (1ng to 1 μg).
CORALL V1 to V2 upgrade
Lexogen's updated CORALL RNA-Seq V2 Library prep kit is now available with enhanced performance for demanding applications with flexible insert size selection. The new CORALL kits are available as a standalone kit, mRNA-Seq bundle including poly(A) selection, and Total RNA-Seq bundle including RiboCop rnRNA depletion

The CORALL Total RNA-Seq V2 Library Prep kits ensure end-to-end coverage
Read coverage was analysed using the ERCC spike-in controls, which feature precise, known transcription start (TSS) and end (TES) sites. The absolute nucleotide positions relative to the TSS (red dotted line, A) and TES (blue dotted line, B) are shown. CORALL reads map more accurately to the exact ERCC TSS (A) than competitor libraries, which fail to cover the true start sites. Additionally, CORALL provides elevated coverage at TES (B).
