Product Description:
Competent Cell Buffer is suitable in molecular biology assays to prepare competent cells. This product is ready-to-use as a working 1X solution and requires no further dilution. This buffer consists of 60 mM Calcium Chloride, 15% v/v Glycerol, 10mM Tris HCl at a pH of 7.5. Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionized water.
