PBST 10X

Phosphate Buffer Saline-Tween is commonly use in washing procedure while performing western-blot, ELISA and, more generally immuno-assays. This product is a 10X concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionized water or equivalent to its final working concentration. Dilute only prior to immediate use. 10X Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) consists of 0.2 M Potassium Phosphate, 1.5 M Sodium Chloride and 0.5% (v/v) Tween-20 at a pH of 7.2. Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionized water.
