Coomassie Stain Solution is a uniquely formulated, ready-to-use reagent specifically designed for in-gel visualisation of Coomassie Blue stained total protein in polyacrylamide gels. The proprietary formulation of the solution ensures high detection sensitivity and low backgrounds. Because this stain contains alcohol and acetic acid, no fixing step prior to staining is required. Staining is completed in 30 minutes.
