Product Description:
Borate buffered saline (BBS) is commonly used in coating procedures for ELISA. BBS can also be used as a component in blocking solutions for Western blotting. The buffer can be used as a diluent in biological samples and for various applications within biology and biochemistry to maintain the pH. BBS is isotonic and has a strong bactericidal effect. It can be used to dilute solutions for coating procedures. Additives such as Tween 20 and Blotto can be used to add functionality as a washing buffer or blocking buffer.
