Detection of human TMEM214 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from Hep-G2, A-549, and HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM214 antibody A305-792A-T (lot A305-792A-T-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Detection of human TMEM214 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Hep-G2 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM214 antibody A305-792A-T (lot A305-792A-T-1) used for IP at 100 µl per reaction. TMEM214 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMEM214 antibody A305-793A-T. For blotting immunoprecipitated TMEM214, A305-792A-T was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
