Detection of human CEACAM1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from UACC-257 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit anti-CEACAM1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BLR032F] (A700-032-T lot 1) used for IP at 20 µl per reaction. CEACAM1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CEACAM1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [294-4G7]. For blotting immunoprecipitated CEACAM1, A700-032-T was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
