Detection of human Phospho KAP-1 (S824)
Detection of human Phospho KAP-1 (S824) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HEK293T cells treated with 100 µM etoposide (+) or mock treated (-). Antibodies: Rabbit anti-Phospho KAP-1 (S824) recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-246-7B5] (A700-013-T lot 1) used at 1:1000. Lower panel shows western blot for total KAP-1 using rabbit anti-KAP-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-248-2G6] (A700-014) at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (A120-101P). Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Detection of human Phopsho KAP-1 (S824) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells that were treated with 100 µM etoposide (+) or mock treated (-). Antibodies: Rabbit anti-Phospho KAP-1 (S824) recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-246-7B5] (A700-013-T lot 1) used for IP at 20 µl per reaction. KAP-1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KAP-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-248-2G6] (A700-014). For blotting immunoprecipitated KAP-1, A700-013-T was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
