Detection of human and mouse TMEM109 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM109 antibody A305-730A-M (lot A305-730A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Detection of human TMEM109 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM109 antibody A305-730A-M (lot A305-730A-M-1) used for IP at 20 µl per reaction. TMEM109 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMEM109 antibody A305-729A-M. For blotting immunoprecipitated TMEM109, A305-730A-M was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
