Detection of human PAM16 by western blot
Detection of human PAM16 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PAM16 antibody A305-698A-T (lot A305-698A-T-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. PAM16 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PAM16 antibody A305-699A-T. For blotting immunoprecipitated PAM16, A305-698A-T was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
