Detection of human BRD2 by western blot.
Detection of human BRD2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HEK293T, HeLa, SW620, SK-MEL-28 (SK), Jurkat, MCF-7, Hep-G2 and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-BRD2 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-167-2A2] (A700-008-T lot 1) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (A120-101P). Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
Detection of human BRD2 by western blot
Detection of human BRD2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit anti-BRD2 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-167-2A2] (A700-008-T lot 1) used for IP at 10 µl per reaction. BRD2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BRD2 antibodies (A302-582A, A302-583A). For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD2, A700-008-T was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
