Detection of human and mouse MFF by west
Detection of human and mouse MFF by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5 and 15 µg) 293T, (50µg), and Jurkat (50µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MFF antibody A305-638A-T (lot A305-638A-T-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Detection of human MFF by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T (50µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MFF antibody A305-638A-T (lot A305-638A-T-1) used for IP at 20 µl per reaction. MFF was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MFF antibody A305-629A-T. For blotting immunoprecipitated MFF, A305-638A-T was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
