Detection of human and mouse EMC1 by wes
Detection of human and mouse EMC1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EMC1 antibody A305-605A-T (lot A305-605A-T-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human EMC1 by western blot
Detection of human EMC1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EMC1 antibody A305-605A-T (lot A305-605A-T-1) used for IP at 20 µl per reaction. EMC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EMC1 antibodies A305-604A-T and BL22263. For blotting immunoprecipitated EMC1, A305-605A-T was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
