Detection of human HIF1-alpha by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from Hep-G2 cells treated with 200 µM CoCl2 (+) or mock treated (-). Antibody: Mouse monoclonal anti-HIF1-alpha antibody [H1alpha67] (A500-016A-T lot 1) used for WB at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (A90-116P). Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes.
