NAD+/NADH Assay Kit

Our NAD+/NADH Assay Kit detects NAD+ and NADH in cell and tissue lysates. Total NAD+/NADH can be detected or samples can be treated with an acid or base treatment to specifically detect NAD+ or NADH. This assay uses an enzymatic cycling reaction that reduces NAD+ to NADH, which then reacts with a colorimetric probe and is detected with a spectrophotometric plate reader at 450nm. NAD+/NADH levels in unknown samples are calculated based on the provided NAD+ standard curve.
