Detection of human HdmX/MDM4 by western
Detection of human HdmX/MDM4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from Jurkat, HEK293T, HeLa, and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-HdmX/MDM4 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-3-2F2] (A700-000-T lot 2) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (A120-101P). Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Detection of human HdmX/MDM4 by western
Detection of human HdmX/MDM4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit anti-HdmX/MDM4 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-3-2F2] (A700-000-T lot 2) used for IP at 20 µl/mg lysate. HdmX/MDM4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HdmX/MDM4 antibody BL15229. For blotting immunoprecipitated HdmX/MDM4, A700-000-T was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
