Detection of human Bin1 by western blot
Detection of human Bin1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Bin1 antibody A302-728A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. Bin1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Bin1 antibody A302-729A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Bin1, A302-729A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
