Detection of human Gamma-tubulin by west
Detection of human Gamma-tubulin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Gamma-tubulin antibody A302-630A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Gamma-tubulin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Gamma-tubulin antibody A302-631A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Gamma-tubulin, A302-631A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
