Detection of human ARID3B by western blo
Detection of human ARID3B by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARID3B antibody A302-565A used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. ARID3B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ARID3B antibodies A302-563A and A302-564A, which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds (A and B).
