Detection of human and mouse BRD2 by wes
Detection of human and mouse BRD2 by western blot. Samples:Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD2 antibody A302-583A (lot A302-583A-5) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human BRD2 by western blot
Detection of human BRD2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD2 antibody A302-583A (lot A302-583A-5) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BRD2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BRD2 antibody A300-582A and rabbit anti-BRD2 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-167-2A2] (A700-008). For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD2, A700-008 was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
