Detection of human BRD1 by western blot. Samples: Nuclear extract (50, 15 and 5 µg) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD1 antibody A302-366A (lot A302-366A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Detection of human BRD1 by western blot
Detection of human BRD1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Nuclear extract (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD1 antibody A302-366A (lot A302-366A-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BRD1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A302-366A-1). For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD1, A302-366A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
