Detection of human ZNRF2 by western blot
Detection of human ZNRF2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNRF2 antibody A302-311A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. ZNRF2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZNRF2 antibody A302-312A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZNRF2, A302-312A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
