Detection of human USP35 by western blot
Detection of human USP35 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-USP35 antibody A302-289A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. USP35 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-USP35 antibody A302-290A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated USP35, A302-290A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
