Detection of human Cyclin L1 by western
Detection of human Cyclin L1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Cyclin L1 antibody A302-059A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. Cyclin L1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Cyclin L1 antibody A302-058A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Cyclin L1, A302-058A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
