Detection of human Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA
Detection of human Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: RIPA whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA antibody A301-597A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA antibody A301-598A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Myo18A/Myosin XVIIIA, A301-597A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
