Detection of human SMARCD1/BAF60a by wes
Detection of human SMARCD1/BAF60a by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SMARCD1/BAF60a antibody A301-594A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. SMARCD1/BAF60a was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SMARCD1/BAF60a antibody BL4525, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SMARCD1/BAF60a, A301-595A was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
