Detection of human Astrin/MAP126 by west
Detection of human Astrin/MAP126 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Astrin/MAP126 antibody A301-511A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Astrin/MAP126 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Astrin/MAP126 antibodies BL5929 and A301-512A, which recognize downstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated Astrin/MAP126, A301-512A was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
