Detection of human and mouse TRAP100/MED
Detection of human and mouse TRAP100/MED24 by western blot (h&m) and immunoprecipitation (h). Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg for WB) from MCF-7 (7), PANC1 (P), HEK293T (T) and mouse NIH 3T3 (M) cells. For IP, whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells was used. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRAP100/MED24 antibody A301-472A used for WB at 1 µg/ml (A and B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).
