Detection of human and mouse CHD8 by wes
Detection of human and mouse CHD8 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, and mouse TCMK-1 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CHD8 antibody A301-224A (lot A301-224A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human CHD8 by western blot
Detection of human CHD8 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CHD8 antibody A301-224A (lot A301-224A-2) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CHD8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CHD8 antibody A301-225A. For blotting immunoprecipitated CHD8, A301-224A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
