Detection of human CD28 by western blot
Detection of human CD28 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using NETN buffer from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CD28 antibody A304-418A (lot A304-418A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CD28 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CD28 antibody BL15921. For blotting immunoprecipitated CD28, A304-418A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
