Detection of human CLPTM1 by western blo
Detection of human CLPTM1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CLPTM1 antibody A304-388A (lot A304-388A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CLPTM1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CLPTM1 antibody BL16525. For blotting immunoprecipitated CLPTM1, A304-388A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
