Detection of human DDX51 by western blot
Detection of human DDX51 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDX51 antibody A301-088A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. DDX51 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DDX51 antibodies BL4604 and A301-089A, which recognize downstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated DDX51, A301-089A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
