Detection of human CD5 by western blot o
Detection of human CD5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CD5 antibody A304-346A-T (lot A304-346A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CD5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CD5 antibody A304-347A. For blotting immunoprecipitated CD5, A304-347A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
