Detection of human CAF-1 p60 by western
Detection of human CAF-1 p60 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAF-1 p60 antibody A301-084A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CAF-1 p60 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAF-1 p60 antibody A301-085A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CAF-1 p60, A301-085A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
