Detection of human RSK3 by western blot
Detection of human RSK3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RSK3 antibody A304-243A-T (lot A304-243A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. RSK3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RSK3 antibody A304-244A. For blotting immunoprecipitated RSK3, A304-244A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Detection of human RSK3 by immunohistochemistry. Samples: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RSK3 (Cat. No. A304-243A-T Lot1) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1 µg/ml). Detection: DAB. Counterstain: IHC Hematoxylin (blue).
