Detection of human PNP by western blot o
Detection of human PNP by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PNP antibody A304-240A (lot A304-240A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. PNP was inefficiently immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PNP antibody BL15626. For blotting immunoprecipitated PNP, A304-240A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
