Detection of human GYS1 by western blot
Detection of human GYS1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GYS1 antibody A304-239A (lot A304-239A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. GYS1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GYS1 antibody A304-238A. For blotting immunoprecipitated GYS1, A304-239A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
