Detection of mouse KAP-1 by western blot
Detection of mouse KAP-1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from TCMK-1 cells treated with 100 µM etoposide for 2 hours (+) or mock treated (-) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody A304-145A (lot A304-145A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. KAP-1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody A304-144A. For blotting immunoprecipitated KAP-1, A304-145A was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
