Detection of human UBE3C by western blot
Detection of human UBE3C by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBE3C antibody A304-123A-T (lot A304-123A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. UBE3C was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBE3C antibody A304-122A. For blotting immunoprecipitated UBE3C, A304-122A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
