Detection of human SNM1A by western blot
Detection of human SNM1A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SNM1A antibody A303-746A-T used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SNM1A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SNM1A antibody A303-747A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SNM1A, A303-747A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
