Detection of human ROD/KNTC1 by western
Detection of human ROD/KNTC1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ROD/KNTC1 antibody A301-713A-T (lot A301-713A-T-2) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. ROD/KNTC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ROD/KNTC1 antibody A301-712A. For blotting immunoprecipitated ROD/KNTC1, A301-713A-T was used at 2 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
