Detection of human XPO6/Exportin 6 by we
Detection of human XPO6/Exportin 6 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-XPO6/Exportin 6 antibody A301-205A-T used for western blot at 1 µg/ml used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. XPO6/Exportin 6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-XPO6/Exportin 6 antibody BL4796, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
