Detection of human CDX2 by western blot
Detection of human CDX2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CDX2 antibody BL3194 (Cat. No. A300-691A-T) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CDX2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CDX2 antibody BL3195 (Cat. No. A300-692A) using 3 µg/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated CDX2, BL3195 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
