Detection of human HDAC2 by western blot
Detection of human HDAC2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HDAC2 antibody BL2666 (Cat. No. A300-704A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. HDAC2 was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-HDAC2 antibody BL2667 (Cat. No. A300-705A) at 3 µg/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated HDAC2, BL2667 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
