Detection of human BRIP1(BACH1) by western blot and immunoprecipitation. expndtw-6 Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg for WB) cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRIP1(BACH1) antibody BL2600 (Cat. No. A300-561A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and at 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. BRIP1(BACH1) was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-BRIP1(BACH1) antibody BL2599 (Cat. No. A300-561A), which is to an upstream epitope, at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
