Detection of human Bcl11a by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Ramos (50 and 15 µg), HeLa (50 µg), and HEK293T (50 µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Bcl11a antibody A300-381A (lot A300-381A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Detection of human Bcl11a by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Ramos cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Bcl11a antibody A300-381A (lot A300-381A-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Bcl11a was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Bcl11a antibody A300-381A-1. For blotting immunoprecipitated Bcl11a, A300-381A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
