Detection of human TTK by western blot o
Detection of human TTK by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTK antibody A300-296A (lot A300-296A-3) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TTK was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (lot A300-296A-2) of this antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated TTK, A300-296A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
