Detection of human WRN by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (WCL; 100 µg for WB; one 10cm plate for IP/WB) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WRN antibody BL1309 (Cat. No. A300-239A) used at 0.1 µg/ml for WB. WRN was immunoprecipitated with BL1309 or rabbit anti-WRN antibody BL1308 (Cat. No. A300-238A) each used at 5 µg/10cm plate (+/- respective blocking peptide). Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of less than 10 seconds.
